Our trip was a long, frustrating one, to put it VERY mildly, but we’ll save that story for another entry. I realize we didn’t do too great at updating the blog this past week, so I’ll give you a brief synopsis in pictures.

This is Lichtenstein castle that Becky and I hiked up to on Sunday. The turret in this picture is the one where my parents became engaged. So if you think about it, if not for this turret, I wouldn't even be here. Scary, huh?

And finally, last but certainly not least, I want to give a great big shout-out to the Oasis team. You guys made our month in Austria awesome, and while we’re really excited to be here in Costa Rica, it was no fun saying goodbye. So here’s to you Miriam, Eileen, David, Tom, Joann, Vera, Carol, Julie, Dan, Regan, Dan, and Marie (and your adorable kids too!). The Beautiful One and the Sweet One will miss you all. Outside of Athens, you guys are the BEST RefMin team! Doesn’t that sound so much better than “second place”?? :D

As long as the Oasis team doesn't bounce US out of first ...grin... glad you FINALLY made it to Costa Rica. Tell Woody and Sue that I said Hi and that I'm sorry I won't see them at ILF this year. However, YOU WILL!!! Miss you!

Becky,mom and I dint sleep much last night (I confess I went to bed at 2AM) as we waited to find out where in the world you girls were. Mom got word at 4 AM that you had arrived in LA. I knew that already which is the reason I went to bed.

So the Doublemint twins came over for Dinner and a few episodes of Scrubs tonight. So I am enjoying them until I get the car taken away, and then they are off to Switzeland.
Isadora asked about you girls on Thursday, and the Chechen family were impressed that you were going to Paris, L.A. and then Costa Rica.
reading your trip from Vienna to Costa Rica reminded me of my first trip from Australia to Austria, but my experience was ten times worse then yours.

We are at Davids and so it is nice to see your cool blogspot. I am glad that you made it to Costa Rica. However by now I guess one (more than likely Becky!) if not both of you have already got into trouble. Who knows you may be even reading this from your prison cell!! Well if they say you can have a call then make sure you guys dont call US! Even if you do we wont pick up!! And by the way whats this nonsense about us being the second best refugee team? We know that you only came to the Oasis to spy on us and infiltrate our secrets.We are and always will be the BEST NO 1 refugee team in Europe, sorry correction the world!!

Glad you made it OK to WoodyLand.We still do not have internet. I am sitting in our car, in the snow, outside a house in Papagou that has wireless connection at 10 PM. Why? Because I love you!
